This European Commission-financed project seeks to reform the Morocco's higher education system.
Experts from the Castilla and León Regional Government will work with their Moroccan counterparts to introduce methods, techniques and tools to implement a European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
FIIAPP has been managing this "twinning" project for two years in the context of an approach to the European Higher Education Area.
