Strengthening the Polish Veterinary Administration

This project is designed to help Poland strengthen its veterinary inspection system. The objective is to improve the skills of state veterinary officers to apply European legislation with respect to zoonotic diseases.

In addition, an effective adaptation of European legislation on food hygiene will be taken into account. This covers the specific aspects to be considered for the prevention, control and surveillance of zoonotic diseases in the different stages of the food chain, including foodstuffs and animal feeds.
