Improving the capabilities of law enforcement offices in Turkey

Turkey

This project seeks to contribute to increasing the trust of Turkish citizens in the judiciary, ensuring that the services that enforce judicial decisions operate in an effective, impartial and reliable manner. To this end, it supports the development and implementation of a new model of pilot enforcement offices.

The project links the Ministries of Justice in Turkey and Spain, and is working to develop and extend an organisational concept with innovative civil application through a new model of law enforcement offices, which apply economies of scale and scope. The new enforcement office model is based on concentrating compliance tasks into a single office, thereby specialising and standardising practices.
