Fighting corruption in Mozambique

Mozambique

This project aims to systematically and efficiently prevent, combat and monitor corruption while guaranteeing the gender dimension.

It is financed by the European Union and co-financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). They are working on two components, to be managed in coordination by FIIAPP and AECID.

The components deal with strengthening judicial institutions and supporting national mechanisms to prevent, combat and supervise corruption. The work will be entrusted to European public specialists from the Ministry of Justice, the State Attorney General's Office and the General Council of the Judiciary who will work with their Mozambican counterparts to combat corruption in the country.
