The European Commission is financing the second phase of this Delegated Cooperation Project, which will continue to be managed by FIIAPP. The project's main objective continues to be supporting Cuba in implementing its socio-economic policy guidelines through the exchange of experiences, expertise and good practices in the management and administration of public policy.
This second phase will continue addressing issues such as foreign trade, foreign investment and population statistics and census. For the next three and a half years FIIAPP will implement this project in close collaboration with the Republic of Cuba's Ministry of Economy and Planning and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment, and the Union European delegation in Cuba.
