The objective of this programme is to improve the institutional framework at the cultural level in the beneficiary countries. This will be done by training human capital and strengthening quality of life for citizens from a position of respect for cultural diversity.
ACERCA works from a development perspective in which culture is considered a factor of social cohesion and dialogue between peoples, as well as a driver of economic development.
Since June 2014, FIIAPP has been collaborating in the execution of this programme of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), which was established in 2005. This collaboration has involved the countries indicated on this website.
