With the aim of reducing the social exclusion of people with disabilities in low- and middle-income countries in Africa and Latin America, the European Union has launched a project that is committed to the implementation of fairer and more inclusive policies.
This project also contributes to the global commitment to encourage and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all people, the specific objective of the tenth Sustainable Development Goal.
Over the last four years, the European Commission has entrusted FIIAPP with managing this project, which is financed with European funds of almost €7 million. In addition, in order to carry out the latter, the collaboration of other European partners will be forthcoming.
