The FIIAPP is working to improve the quality of water in countries like Turkey and Armenia

The (FIIAPP) manages several European cooperation projects aimed at improving the quality of water in the target countries.
Specifically, the FIIAPP is working on two projects in Turkey and another in Armenia in order to prevent air and water pollution. In the three cases, the FIIAPP is working closing with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment of the Government of Spain.
The European Union is financing the two projects in Turkey with more than 3 million euros, improving the quality of the surface water and supporting the development of a system to prevent and control water pollution, air pollution and soil pollution in order to reduce the levels in comparison to those found in 2007.
In the case of the Armenian project, the EU is providing 1 million euros to implement a Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control System. in the country.
