Employees of the National Institution for Public Administration (INAP) study the training deficiencies of the Moroccan delegation
In the framework of the project to support the protection of human rights in Morocco, a series of activities are being carried out aimed at evaluation and redefinition of the training plan of the Interministerial Delegation for Human Rights (DIDH) for the purpose of creating a series of tools that will allow the Moroccan institution to reformulate its training plans in this area.
The objective of this activity is to detect the needs of the different posts and of the managers and executives of the institution to supply them with instruments that improve their organisational capacity and knowledge of the more professional aspects of the subject matter by the human resources.
This training is being given by employees of the National Institution for Public Administration (INAP) and is part of an EU funded Twinning project between Morocco and the Spanish Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales, managed by the FIIAPP. The beneficiaries of this training are 45 DIDH employees with different profiles, specialists, assistants, directors, division heads, and even the secretary-general of the institution.
