From 14th to 18th September, a Moldovan delegation headed by the President of the Court of Auditors, Serafim Urechean, will visit our country to study the Spanish auditing system as part of a cooperation project funded by the European Commission and managed by FIIAPP.
A Moldovan delegation, headed by the President of the Court of Auditors, Serafim Urechean, has visited our country to study the Spanish audit system within the framework of a cooperation project financed by the European Commission and managed by FIIAPP. At the FIIAPP headquarters, the director, Pedro Flores, has received them and presented the Foundation and the projects that the institution currently manages.
The Moldovan delegation will also visit the Court of Auditors of Spain, the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IEF), the General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE), all of which are institutions that participate in the project managed by the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies, the Congress of Deputies and the Senate.
The objective of the 24-month project is to strengthen management, HR and the interaction of the Court of Auditors of Moldova. To this end, training and study visits are carried out, such as the one taking place this week in Madrid.
The international cooperation project is funded by the European Commission with 1,600,000 euros, of which FIIAPP manages 320,000 euros. It is a consortium between the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd of Finland and Spain.
The Republic of Moldova is a partner country of the European Neighbourhood Policy Programme and is currently carrying out various reforms of the various public institutions in order to integrate into the social and economic structures of the EU, driven by a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement.
