The FIIAPP, through its EUROsociAL programme, has participated in the re-formulation of Brazil's National Fiscal Education Programme (PNEF)

The objectives of the PNEF are to spread awareness among Brazilians of the socio-economic role of taxes, transfer knowledge about public administration to citizens, provide incentives for societys help in applying public resources and create conditions for a harmonious relationship between the State and the general population.
The EUROsociAL team has actively participated in all of the workshops and working meetings, providing knowledge of other realities in Latin America and, in particular, of El Salvador’s Programme through the experience of Evelyn Carballo, Head of the Fiscal Education Unit for the Central American country.
EUROsociAL II, awarded to a consortium led by the FIIAPP, is the European Unions regional technical cooperation programme to promote social cohesion in Latin America, support national public policies aimed at improving the levels of social cohesion and strengthen the institutions that carry them out.
