SOCIEUX es un proyecto establecido por la Dirección General de Desarrollo y Cooperación de la Comisión Europea –EuropeAid- para apoyar a los países socios solicitantes en el diseño y gestión de sistemas de protección social.
Beatriz Juanes, a Spanish expert who is part of the project’s central management team, presented the SOCIEUX project at the FIIAPP headquarters this morning, along with Beatriz Carnicer, the Foundation’s General Secretary, and Isabel Ramos, Director of the Department of Public Administration and Social Affairs and Migration (APAS).
During the presentation, they explained the project and answered questions from the programme’s collaborating partners and institutions that may be interested in contributing experts in the field.
The project’s added value includes working on demand – in other words, the potential beneficiary country determines what they need to improve social protection.
The SOCIEUX programme was created by the consortium between the FIIAPP, GVG, ADECRI, and GIZ, each of which has provided various collaborating partners. The FIIAPP’s collaborators include the AECID, the Spanish Ministry of Employment through its legal services, FCSAI and OISS.
The FIIAPP’s participation will be focused on Spanish and international experts provided by Spanish institutions and the OISS.
