We interviewed Sabino Mendoza, the general coordinator with the Coordination Secretariat at the National Council to Combat Illicit Drug Trafficking (CONALTID), an institution that collaborates on the project to improve the fight against drug trafficking and related crimes in Bolivia, which is managed by FIIAPP, who tells us of his experiences of country’s recent history.
