Following a bout of meningitis, Duguiño was unable to speak or move. He recovered in a rehabilitation centre promoted by FAS. Now he can communicate and has gone back to school.
FIIAPP and FAS are working together on this European Commission-funded delegated cooperation project in Angola aimed at creating more opportunities to generate income in the country, improving the most vulnerable population’s access to basic services, and strengthening the ability of municipalities to manage and deliver these services.
