El programa EUROsociAL, financiado por la Comisión Europea y gestionado por la FIIAPP, ha apoyado la consolidación de proyectos estratégicos de la Red de Transparencia y Acceso a la información, una iniciativa que agrupa a los órganos garantes de 14 países de América Latina.
The International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the World Bank are part of the Transparency and Access to Information Network (RTA), a network led by the Council for Transparency of Chile (Presidency) and the Access to Public Information Unit of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Uruguay (Executive Secretariat). The Council for Transparency and Good Governance of Spain is also a member.
