Strengthening of hospital management in Tunisia

Tunisia

As a continuation of a project managed by FIIAPP between 2012 and 2014 in Tunisia, the European Commission is again funding a project and entrusting its management to FIIAPP. The project objective is to improve the management of medical files and records in Tunisian hospitals, while also working to make this reduce costs in the sector.

The first part of the project successfully unified the medical records of six public hospitals.  In the second part, the aim is to develop the same system in another ten hospitals.

FIIAPP will rely on experts from the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service, the Health Service of Madrid, and the National Institute of Health Management of the Spanish Ministry of Health to accomplish this objective.
