This delegated cooperation project, funded by the European Commission and managed by FIIAPP, supports the Local Development Programme (LDP) in Angola through the Social Support Fund (FAS IV), with the aim of reducing poverty in this African country.
Its tools will be decentralisation, the creation of opportunities for generating income, improved access to basic services, and strengthening of the role of local institutions.
