FIIAPP and other Public Sector entities suspend administrative deadlines due to the COVID-19 health crisis
The publication of Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March 2020, declaring the State of Alarm in order to manage the health crisis caused by COVID-19, means that administrative deadlines for all Public Sector entities have been suspended.
As established in the Third Additional Provision, these deadlines will resume at the moment the Royal Decree ceases to be applicable.
The Royal Decree on the declaration of the State of Alarm includes many other measures aimed at containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, in line with the declaration of the World Health Organization on 11 March raising the status of the public health emergency to that of “international pandemic”.
