The FAS of Angola is enriched by the work methodology of the FIIAPP and the INAP.
In the framework of the project in support of local development in Angola, managed by the FIIAPP together with the Social Support Fund and funded by the European Union organised a visit by two Angolan experts to several Spanish institutions.
The experts were Rosa De Carvalho, Human Resources Manager of the FAS (Social Support Fund) and María Lutonadio, Administration Manager of the FAS, who, over a total of three days became acquainted with the work of the FIIAPP and the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) in the field of Human Resources and Administration.
This visit is expected to provide all the knowledge needed to be able to apply it to the daily work of the Social Support Fund (FAS) in Angola.
The HR Manager of the FAS was able to find out, from her counterpart departments at the FIIAPP and the INAP, the tools used to recruit and select staff and staff training management processes, among many other tasks.
At the same time, the Administrative Department Manager from the FAS studied the work of the general services departments of the FIIAPP where she gained insights into the tools used to plan, prepare and justify projects.
This visit contributes to one of the general objectives pursued by the project, capacity building for the Social Support Fund (FAS).
